What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in), the profile you write (name, photo, your case for ascension), and the content you create: habits, habit check-ins and reasons, goals, tribe pledges, and posts. If you enable reminders, we store a push token for your device and your chosen reminder times.
Who sees it
Your habits, check-ins, streaks, goals, pledge, and posts are visible to the members of your tribe — that is the entire point of Ascension. Nothing is public. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, hosted in the United States) with row-level security enforcing tribe boundaries. Photos live in private storage buckets accessed through short-lived signed URLs. Anonymous usage analytics may be collected via PostHog to improve the app.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account erases your profile, habits, history, goals, posts, and devices immediately and permanently. You can also email us (below) and we will delete everything within 30 days.
